I was looking for a car service to and from San Francisco Airport and our hotel in Napa Valley. After some research I decided on Pleasant Limo. From SFO our driver was Bagi. He was was on time, his vehicle was very clean, and he was nicely dressed. The service was very professional. On the return trip from Napa to SFO our driver was Gana. Again the service was excellent. If you need a car service in the San Francisco area I would highly recommend Pleasant Limo.

My experience was flying into SFO and wanting a simple and seamless transfer to a Knob Hill hotel. I got excellent communication from Bagi, the driver, who was apparently on station from the time we landed. Smooth pickup just outside baggage claim, full assist with luggage, and a professional drive and delivery to my hotel. Vehicle was clean and obviously well tended. Great experience overall.

It was last minute because it was harder than I thought to find a reliable airport transportation service. It turned out great because I looked into Pleasant Limo’s reviews on both Yelp and Google.

I called in after I booked online for an airport pickup for a party of two to see if they had availability. They confirmed that I was good to go.

Our driver, Bagi was professional, super friendly and he came early whenever he had to pick us up from the airport and from the hotel back to the airport.

I highly recommend Pleasant Limo if you want a positive airport transportation experience!

It was my first time using this service, and based on some great Yelp reviews, my expectations were high. I’m glad I wasn’t disappointed! I booked it for a trip from our home to SFO because we wanted at 4:45am pickup to make a very early flight more tolerable. I was sick of calling taxis at that time, wondering if the dispatcher was sleeping or what sort of cab would show up at that hour. The Pleasant Limo driver showed up on time (even early, actually) and he was polite, professional, and the car was clean and beautiful. The ride was a breeze and took the stress out of the whole experience. I would totally use them again!

This is an updated review after being a loyal customer for Pleasant Limo for 10 years. I have never had any issues with them and their drivers all treat us like family for every trip. Jesus has been our driver on many occasions and he is always prompt, courteous, and goes out of his way to make us super comfortable. I love this family-owned business and will always use them for our rides to/from the airport.

We used this company three times during our California trip with our teenagers. We decided not to hire a car and they took us from San Fran to Monterey as well as three other trips. They were always on time, professional and friendly. The cars were clean and comfortable but most importantly we felt very safe. I emailed them several times before we left the UK and during our trip and they were alweays very prompt in getting back to me with exclellent customer service- I would highly recommend.

I set up rides to and from the airport (SFO) for my 90-year-old father. I live in another state and was worried about some of his mobility problems. After screening a number of limo services and speaking to representatives, I decided on Pleasant Limo. Am I glad I did! They are totally professional and reliable. I was able to communicate with them via phone, email and text. My father liked the drivers and found the cars clean and luxurious. When my father’s return flight was cancelled and rescheduled, they accommodated the change seamlessly. They were perfectly on time. The company’s fees are very reasonable and cover gratuities. I received paid receipts by email. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
